This transformational program is designed to support you in exploring the impact of complex trauma in a way that is grounded, compassionate and practical, and without needing to re-tell or revisit specific trauma stories of your past.

Session 3 - Understanding the autonomic nervous system: Fight-flight-freeze-fawn and Polyvagal theory

Session 4 - Strengthening your container: A toolbox of somatic practices

Stage 2 - How Our Past Lives in the Present (Trauma Focus)

Session 5 - Understanding patterns and habits through triggers and reactions

Session 6 - Identifying the core wounding: Connecting the dots between historical pain and current day problems

Session 7 - Understanding how attachment shapes our internal world

Session 8 - Triggers and reactions: Attachment edition

Stage 3 - Living the Change (Posttraumatic Growth) 

Session 9 - Re-forming your internal world: Finding your truth and embracing new ways 

Session 10 - Building better boundaries: Why we struggle with boundaries and what to do instead

Session 11 - Acceptance, forgiveness, and letting go: Choosing what is right for you and making steps towards peace (and why forgiving others is not necessary for healing and growth).

Session 12 - Looking back, honouring now & moving forward: Celebrating who you are, where you were, and where you are going.
