Framed within the broader context of complex trauma, this program offers a compassionate space to explore the ways trauma has shaped you - from your nervous system, the beliefs you hold, how you think and what you focus on, to how you experience emotion and navigate relationships.

We’ll take a deep dive into the dynamics of sexual abuse - including some you may not have been aware of - that contribute to the development and continuation of shame and guilt that has never been yours to carry.

Each session provides you with:
